Meta Portal Kuwait – New Registration, Login & Appointments

The Meta Portal Kuwait is the central platform of Kuwait for managing government appointments.  Kuwaiti residents often have to visit government offices for services or data registration. Unlike in a queue, online appointments through Meta Portal do not require a waiting period if there is one.

Meta Kuwait Portal is free to use. To access Meta Kuwait Portal’s services, Kuwaiti residents must register as new users. Registration and login for Meta Kuwait require a Civil ID. Login is required to access Meta Portal Services.

Step 2: Click on Register as a New User

Meta Kuwait Portal shows a login screen on the left and instructions on the right. On the registration page, you should find the “Register As a New User” option.

Step 3: Fill in the Personal Information

Now you must enter four important details about yourself. Enter your Civil ID Number first, then your Civil ID Serial Number. Enter your mobile number and email address next. Enter all the information correctly.

Step 4: Accept the Terms & Conditions

Read the Terms and Conditions link carefully. After that, tick the box to accept the Meta Kuwait Portal’s terms and conditions.

Step 5: Click on the Register button

To register yourself at the Meta Kuwait Portal, click on Register.

Step 6: Get Your Meta Kuwait Account Activated

A new email has been sent to you from the Meta Portal. Open the email message in your Inbox. To activate your Meta Account, read the message and click the link provided.

Step 7: Create a password and log in

To access Meta Kuwait Portal, you must create a new password after completing the registration process and activating your account.

You are now ready to log in. Using the Meta Kuwait Portal website, you can now book an appointment by logging in to your account.

Meta Kuwait Portal allows online appointment booking for various government offices. For an appointment at the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior, or any other Kuwaiti government agency, you must login to Meta Portal.

Kuwait and the GCC countries require all citizens and residents to register their biometrics. Kuwait residents must book an appointment for biometric scanning at Meta Kuwait Portal.

On the day and time of your scheduled appointment, you can visit the office of the General Department of Personnel Identification. No queues or waiting will be required.

You can now see the list of services offered by the General Department of Personnel Identification at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait. Click on the Biometric Enrollment Service link at the bottom to schedule an appointment.

Step 7: Choose a Biometric Appointment Date & Time

Finally, you should choose your desired date and time for your biometric appointment at the office of the General Department of Personnel Identification.

Step 8: Confirm the appointment and verify your details

Schedule a time and date to register/update your biometrics. Your appointment will be confirmed once you verify your details and click on submit.

The process of booking a Civil ID appointment through Kuwait’s Meta Portal is straightforward. You can do this by following these steps:

If you need to cancel an appointment on the Meta Kuwait platform, follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Access the Meta Portal directly.
• Step 2: Enter your Civil ID in the designated field at the top of the page.
• Step 3: Provide your Meta platform account password.
• Step 4: Click the Log In button.
• Step 5: Locate the desired appointment date and click the + icon next to it.

• Step 6: Select the Cancel Appointment option and confirm your cancellation.

Your appointment will be successfully canceled once the process is completed.

If you need to modify an appointment reservation through the Meta Kuwait platform, follow these steps:

At Meta Kuwait Portal, you can schedule an appointment to apply for a family visit visa for Kuwait. Follow these steps;

1. Visit the Meta Kuwait Portal website at metaprodapp.azurewebsites.net.
2. Enter your Civil ID Number and Password to access your Meta Account.
3. Click on Appointments Search in the left menu.
4. Select the Ministry of Interior from the list.

The biometric appointment process in Kuwait is now open exclusively to Kuwaiti residents this December. To ensure efficiency, a maximum of 30 appointments can be scheduled per hour through the Meta Portal.
